At M1FC we offer a 1-day free trial pass for all new comers. Here are some pro tips to make the most of your pass:
- Look at our timetable and work out which day has the most classes you’d like try.
- If looking to trial multiple classes be prepared and pack some change of clothes.
- Bring a friend/family to share the fun together (e.g. In a boxing class you can hold pads for each other, in BJJ you will have someone you know to drill with.)
- Speak to the coaches and ask any questions you have about the class (don’t be shy!)
