At M1FC we offer a 1-day free trial pass for all new comers. Here are some pro tips to make the most of your pass:

  1. Look at our timetable and work out which day has the most classes you’d like try.
  2. If looking to trial multiple classes be prepared and pack some change of clothes.
  3. Bring a friend/family to share the fun together (e.g. In a boxing class you can hold pads for each other, in BJJ you will have someone you know to  drill with.)
  4. Speak to the coaches and ask any questions you have about the class (don’t be shy!)
